This was the hospital I was most looking forward to, but it ended up being the most disappointing one. The consultation went manager > doctor > manager. I had already written in the chart that I’d had surgery on a certain area, and I had also told the manager that I’d had surgery there, but the doctor asked me again whether I had surgery there, as if he hadn’t seen the record lol. After giving the same answer three times, I started wondering why they even asked me to mark whether I’d had surgery when I first came in. Also, I specifically said which area I wanted done, but they told me to do a revision on the existing area plus another surgery that could be covered by insurance. When I said revision surgery was too much for me and that I only wanted to do "here," they still kept explaining everything until the end of the consultation with the revision and insurance-covered surgery included in the plan and price. It felt like they weren’t listening to me at all... I was thinking around 2 million won, but once the other surgeries were added in too (including insurance-covered ones), it jumped to around 6.5 million. Doctor GYS doesn’t really talk much. It didn’t seem like the right place for me, so I passed.
