First of all, the director's consultation was way too short. The manager seemed to have a huge pride in the director... The director also seemed to have his own style, and I didn't really get the feeling that we were communicating.. Usually during the manager's consultation they show before-and-after photos, but there wasn't anything like that here, so I was disappointed.
