Among the consultation managers, the oldest senior manager... I didn't even get to see her name, which is disappointing, because she was really thoughtless and just from the desk kept criticizing the coordinators below her, and even during consultations she didn't explain the surgery in the consultation room. When the doctor came in for the consultation, she just sat next to him and looked at her phone. Why keep a consultation manager like that? And she's not even good at her job according to her rank and experience. For a place where plastic surgery costs this much, it was really absurd.
