My nostrils had gotten too small after several surgeriesㅠ So while searching for things like alar reconstruction and a deviated nose, I got hooked by a photo of one patient, went for a consultation, and ended up having surgery there. But in the end, it's a place I kind of regret. First of all, communication was terrible. I had autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis, and I told them that all my previous surgeries ended up skewing to the right, so I had already had revision correction twice, and I begged them to please just get rid of the deviation. But it ended up turning completely in one of the worst ways ever, so I had to get a revision correction urgently in less than a month. As time passed, the columella depression and scar tissue kept building up, so I had to get AS again. After that, the part where they removed the scar tissue sunken in, and my nose really... it turned into a total disaster. Honestly, I should have gone somewhere else when it first failed, but they raised the bridge so high it looked like an avatar, the columella sank in, and the nasal tip drooped... When I mentioned the scar, they even reduced the alar area without my consent. I really felt they had no communication at all about why they did that. Whether a doctor suits a patient or not is partly luck, but for me it was really awful. If I could turn back time, I would never go there.
