They were much more conservative than I expected. It felt like the consultation was tailored to the direction the patient wanted. I wanted the doctor to look at my nose objectively and recommend only what was necessary, but... I said I wanted a more defined bridge, and then they said to add more silicone. I said I wanted something natural, and then they said to go with no implant... something like that. I am a bit of a yes-person, but the before-and-after photos weren't my style, so I passed. It was the first consultation and the price was high too..
