I went for a revision consultation, and the director explained everything calmly and sincerely, which really moved me They pointed out things I had noticed only myself and that none of the four places I consulted with had caught, so I was surprised After the consultation ended and I came out, I remembered something I hadn’t asked, so I told a staff member, and they passed it on to the director, who then explained everything in detail again and made me feel at ease without rushing me After even the pre-exam, I was finally able to pinpoint exactly which parts my nose needed surgery on and which parts it didn’t
