I already knew from a previous surgery that when silicon was used, the side view could be much prettier, but on my face from the front there was more to lose, so I had already decided not to use it at all, and I disliked this part a lot. The front view is the most important, after all ㅜ Even if the side view is a little lacking, the front image is the most important, but at other places they said they would raise the tip a lot and build up the step, or raise the bridge a bit more with cartilage, or fill it with other material. When I mentioned that, I could see he got bothered. He also knew there were methods using other materials, but said those would all be absorbed, and if they get absorbed, would I keep getting filler forever? He said it would be strange to get surgery and then keep getting filler, and that he himself makes silicon extremely thin so it doesn't show. He kept showing photos, but the nose before had a bridge to begin with and the person already had decent native structure; without implants it looked very natural, but noses with bridge silicon just looked to me obviously like bridge silicon, a strong glabella, and obvious eye-crowding. He said, 'Look, your eyes aren't crowded at all, right? It's natural,' and I lost trust there. To my eyes it did not look natural at all,,, My eyes also somehow looked subtly crowded, but he kept asking what was crowded ㅜㅜ I had almost given up mentally, but the tip shape seemed so pretty that I asked him to build the bridge with another material instead. I thought maybe he would do it, but the manager said not to think about anything other than silicon, so I agonized for a long time and wavered, and in the end decided not to do it. Still, if your original nose is relatively easy, like a high bridge hump nose, a long nose, a bulbous nose, a large nose, or a first-time surgery nose, and you already have fairly good native structure, then I think they could make it very pretty. That part was disappointing ㅠ I really liked the tip shape... Ah, if I had a naturally good nose to begin with, I think I would have chosen this clinic. I don't think I've seen a place with a prettier or more natural tip shape than this doctor. Even the nostrils were really pretty and round. Before-and-after photos.! To my eyes it looked like something like Seolly nose with about 20 percent more surgery vibe, feminine and delicate... ㅜㅜ I recommend going for a consultation at least once. I do not recommend it for difficult noses. The doctor is not the type to adjust to you, and even if the result is unsatisfying, I feel like he would respond with, 'Why? It looks pretty to my eyes.' ㅜㅅㅜ
