Very concise and exactly the parts you need to know. How it should be done, and reasons why you shouldn’t do this and that, etc. I think the explanation was really good. More than anything, among the places I’ve been to, the consultation manager was the kindest. Not overly formal kindness, but genuine kindness. Overall, this clinic also seems to have a doctor who pursues a natural look, so I think people who like that kind of feel would find it worth visiting.
