I’m finally writing my review from a consultation I went to a while ago. I was waiting in the lobby, and a patient was crying in the consultation room.... I didn’t know what had gone wrong.. I felt uneasy too while waiting before my consultation... The coordinator was speaking rudely to the crying patient, which made me trust them even less. The director’s consultation was so-so. Compared with other places, it was just average. The next consultation was with the coordinator, and that was just as bad... What do they mean by speaking informally like that in this day and age? I’m scared they might treat me that way even after surgery, and it made me feel so bad that I couldn’t make a surgery reservation. It would have already been lacking even if they were just nice, so is it really right for someone working at a hospital to act like that just because someone is young? lol I heard from another member that they got sued for writing a hospital review, and now I’m scared they might contact me too.
