They didn’t say it would be perfect or definitely turn out well, but they pointed out how things would likely go based on my current condition with facts that applied to me, and explained very well how the procedure would proceed. Because they didn’t promise that everything would go well or that I would get the shape I wanted, I trusted them even more.
