I found this place through a cafe recommendation after looking for surgery because my valve and rhinitis issues, hump nose, and crooked nose were all so severe that I needed surgery. Since my rhinitis is pretty severe, I thought the out-of-pocket functional fee would definitely be covered. They said silicone could be added if I really wanted it during the consultation, and that the shape would probably be better, but that it was okay not to use it. Still, they asked whether I would be okay with not adding it since there wouldn't be much change otherwise. I said I just wanted to breathe better and have only a small change. My original nose was actually okay in terms of shape, so honestly I didn't feel too burdened. Other hospitals said silicone would be necessary for aesthetics, but.. I think a place that's okay with not using it is better. The CT fee was charged, and the consultation fee was waived if I left a Naver Place review. It didn't feel uncomfortable, but it wasn't extremely friendly either, just a place that's okay for a relaxed consultation. I think I'll keep thinking about the surgery a little more. . .
