The director's consultation was on the short side, so it would be good to prepare questions in advance. The explanation was kind. The manager was also kind. There was no push to do unnecessary surgery, and I liked that they spoke honestly. It's a clinic that inspires trust. It's one I'm considering if I decide to have surgery
