I went because they said the doctor had a long career and mainly does eye surgery. They said the existing scar was deep, so instead of creating a double line, excision would be needed. When I asked whether my eyes lacked excess skin, they pinched it with forceps and said it wasn’t absent. It would be done under local anesthesia, and if you want sedation anesthesia, there is an extra charge.
