The director's consultation was more detailed than I expected and I liked it. The counselor's consultation was also kind and detailed, which I liked. The hospital feels like it pursues a natural look, which I liked. When I was consulting with the doctor, it felt like they were thinking through the parts I was worried about together with me, so I felt like I could trust them.
