I went while tense because I was told it would be a brutally honest, realistic consultation, but they were kinder than I expected, so I got a pleasant consultation. They showed me a lot of photos of similar cases and explained what kind of surgery it would be using a nose model. Out of the five hospitals I consulted, this was the only one that said the tip height and angle weren’t bad. They suggested only a very small touch to the tip with the septum, plus correction of the hump and osteotomy. I liked it best because I prefer a natural result and safety first, but the cost was higher than other places, and they only said they would monitor the progress for three weeks, so I’m a little torn.
