Honestly, I don't even want to give 1 point. I had an incisional eye surgery in 2015. The line had loosened, so I went to the hospital, and when they said they would do it again, I had a second incisional surgery and paid more, and got medial canthoplasty at the same time. If the medial canthoplasty had failed, that would have been my own fault, but after the second incision, my double eyelid line was thick and uneven, and although it may have been due to my own tissue quality, the red indentation was far too severe. I am male, so I said I wanted no visible line, but the result was a red, thick line visible even from far away. At the time I was very young, and because my eyes were ruined I was shocked and truly did not leave the house for 3 to 4 months, and I was in a situation where I couldn't meet anyone or do anything. The manager and doctor said I had to wait 6 months, so I did, but it did not improve at all, and when I went back the manager told me to come again after 6 months and said that if the unevenness and redness of the line did not improve, he would take responsibility himself(?). Again, I foolishly believed that and waited 4 more months, but there really was no answer, so I got revision surgery at another clinic to release the line. Additionally, when I had the second surgery, it seemed at first like the chief doctor was the one doing it, but after a little while I heard a different male voice. Since I was conscious, I could tell the voices apart. And my hand smelled like cigarette smoke. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hospital. I recommend it only if you have lots of time and want to give up on life.
