I got the feeling they were pushing too many things. Other hospitals had told me not to do lateral canthoplasty, but here both the manager and the doctor recommended lateral, lower, and even medial canthoplasty... They did clearly tell me that the eyes I wanted were not possible, but I also wondered if it was because they weren't confident.
