The director was kind, and I liked that he explained both the recommended and non-recommended options clearly. He also advised me well, saying that even if I got it done elsewhere, I should absolutely not raise the line. The price was the cheapest among the places I went to, too. But since they don't refund the deposit, that was a bit of an issue, so I just came back without putting down a deposit.
