I had double eyelid and canthoplasty done 5 years ago, and because I said I wanted the most natural line possible, they made a line that suited me perfectly. The back canthoplasty ended up a little less satisfactory because I didn't take care of it properly after surgery, but overall they made it very natural, so I'm still satisfied.
