I think the phrase the people before me used, "a real doctor," is right They really seem to have a very firm system and a clear belief. Thanks to the doctor, I learned a lot about nose surgery. One thing I felt was a bit lacking was that, in addition to a lecture about the "nose," it would be even better if they also explained how *my* nose could be improved and what would be good to do for each part.
