I had a consultation for revision nose surgery. As in the other reviews, they didn't take photos, but drew things out instead, and examined my nose carefully, including checking inside it. In my case, rather than explaining the surgery methods, they asked about the parts I was dissatisfied with now and explained which parts I wanted improved. As for the surgery itself, I think they will do it safely so that there won't be any functional problems.
