There weren't many surgery reviews, so I was worried even before going there, so I'm writing this in case it helps people like me at least a little. Usually, when you look things like LASIK up, everyone does it, but only the people who didn't do well stay behind in the community, while the people who were satisfied and moved on don't come back, which is why there don't seem to be many rhinoplasty reviews ㅠㅠ My nasal tip originally drooped, so my midface was long, and I thought that if my midface got shorter, I might look younger??? That was why I decided on nose surgery, and in the end I achieved my goal and am satisfied. During the consultation, they explained well why I shouldn't reduce my alar base and why, instead of narrowing the nasal bones with osteotomy, they needed to widen them, but honestly at the consultation I thought, really...? But after the surgery, I understood what they meant. I’m a man, and when I had nose surgery I didn’t want my nose to look too obviously like a “nose!!”, become too assertive, or have a triangular, pointy cross-section when seen from below, or end up as the so-called chalk nose that looks a bit flashy and kind of like an internet streamer’s nose. So I looked around and found a clinic that would make it natural, and right now I’m satisfied because people who see me for the first time say I look younger!!! It wasn’t just the strong, exaggerated nose that people usually imagine for male rhinoplasty; this clinic was also a good option for someone with needs like mine~~~ But for about a month after surgery, the area between my eyebrows looked kind of puffy and the nose tip felt puffy too, so I was like, wow, I really look like someone who had nose surgery. But after about 3 months it went down, and I don't know if it will settle even more later. It still looks good now. This isn't really about the clinic, but when I had the nose surgery, the surgery day and the two weeks after were so, so hard that I really thought I'd done it for nothing, but now I'm satisfied even though it was hard, so I don't think I could do it twice ㅠㅠ
