As I heard, the director is very professional. Since it was a revision surgery, as soon as I went in, they first checked the progress in a room and poked around my nose with cotton swabs, giving a rough assessment first. When you go for a consultation, the director shows you some before-and-after surgery photos. It was good because I could figure out the problems with my previous surgery.
