I consulted with Dr. Seo Man-gun. He already had a strong reputation for nose surgery, so I had basic trust in him, and as expected he was very kind during the consultation too. Because my nose bridge is narrow, he bluntly said that no matter how much I want a flashy nose, it can't be done.. He said he would operate by adding double layers of ear cartilage onto the septum to push out the columella. But I saw some bad posts about Jeongwon Plastic Surgery, so I'm not sure if I'll go through with the surgery
