It hurt much less than I expected. Of course, there was discomfort and a heavy feeling. They are very thorough with aftercare. They check carefully at every follow-up visit and really pay a lot of attention. They have a lot of surgical experience and a very strong sense of pride. If they don't recommend something first, don't do it just because you want to. They did not recommend facial fat grafting, but I got greedy and did it anyway, and it only caused me trouble. I deliberately didn't manage it well, so almost none of it took. I did not get a touch-up.
