I had ectropion surgery here 4 times, but none of it lifted at all and it only left scars. In the end, it was fixed to the bone, but it actually sagged even more than before. They positioned it wrongly on the bone, so while I was awake they made a second hole with a drill and were taking photos. In the end, it became severely hypertrophic and the eye shape became completely strange. After lowering the double-eyelid line, too much tissue was removed, so my eyes don't close and I have to tape them shut when I sleep. I struggle every single day.
