I went because they said they point out clearly what can and can't be done. When I went through the consultation rounds, they said if it can't be done, wait and come back later. The consultation content was basically that they would have to open it up first to know, and that the pinched part would hardly improve, and even with a major surgery, only slight improvement would be visible to me alone. They also said to look at the condition after one year and do a second surgery then. I hated the previously cut nose with visible nostrils, but they said this amount of nostril exposure would be necessary, and the surgery plan and design also didn't suit me ㅠㅠ They lowered my expectations a lot when talking about it. The manager said there were many people they told could not do it, but that they seemed to have said surgery was possible because there was a chance.. . What I felt from this consultation was that, since it was an extreme nose, nothing was certain, so they were laying the groundwork and saying if it goes well, great, and if not, then literally just do a tiny correction and split it over several years. I had high expectations, but it seems like it wasn't the right place for me, so I was disappointed.
