I went for a nose surgery consultation. They took a CT scan and explained the inside and outside of my nose, then explained the surgery method. It seemed like they would match the surgery method to what I wanted. When I asked questions I was curious about, they showed me photos and explained them too. They said they would lower the alar base, so I am a bit torn about that.
