He seems to pursue a natural look, so he told me not to expect much improvement to the bulbous nose, and I thought there wouldn't be much change either, so I passed. Seems like an honest type. I also got a quote for alar reduction, but I was scared of the scar so I said I couldn't do it, and he said I would end up doing it anyway..
