I have no sense of what to think... the consultation was just so-so. At other hospitals, they all said the septum looked weak and small, but here they said to use the septum. They said with rib cartilage, the nose turns red over time. Sigh ㅜㅜ I want my nostrils to show less than they do now, but they said it was fine. Autologous costal cartilage means general anesthesia and someone else harvests it (I was like, wait what, lol...) It’s expensive too, and someone else...?.
