The doctor explains things kindly. I got a consultation for alar base lowering correction, and unlike other places, they recommended a composite graft even though no one else mentioned the lack of skin. (I have a style with a lot of skin deficiency) They said the result of alar base lowering might not be dramatic, which actually made me trust them more. When I said I prefer a natural style over a flashy one, they listened exactly. Because it was a revision surgery, I had a lot on my mind, so for now I mostly consulted about correcting the deviated septum. Live CCTV viewing is not available, and there is a separate fee for recording. They also have a separate doctor who only harvests rib cartilage.
