This is a review after my second revision surgery and now it feels like everything has settled. For both the first and second revision, I used silicone, but the shape of my nose changed and I had an inflammatory reaction, so my only option was costal cartilage, and I did it with glutarized material. The big advantage of costal cartilage is that you can simulate and make the shape you want, but the big downside is the cost.. Still, I don’t regret it.
