1. I made a consultation reservation through KakaoTalk and went in. They just asked for my name and phone number, and that was it. I never even got a confirmation text that the consultation was booked. When I asked if my reservation was really in the system, only then did they say there is no separate text and mention the consultation fee of 10,000 won. 2. Even in person, they said my number was wrong and that there was someone else with the same name, so they barely knew my reservation info. It wasn’t even a phone reservation, it was through KakaoTalk so there was a record of everything... Why would they enter the phone number wrong? After filling out the consultation sheet and going in when it was my turn, they told me to change into a gown. Even though I had checked "eyes" on the initial form, they had assumed it was for breasts......... I was speechless. 3. The doctor seemed skilled and the consultation content was good. 4. I made a same-day reservation after being encouraged to book that day, but because of the cost 부담, I requested a refund. 5. They called right away. I went because they told me to bring the receipt, but the front desk said they couldn’t process it immediately and told me to wait until the manager finished a consultation. Even though I brought both the receipt and my card, the refund took another 30 minutes of waiting. They said to wait for the manager’s consultation to end, but it was just a quick glance at my face for less than a minute, asking why I was canceling, something they had already discussed over the phone. Another staff member handled the refund. If that was the case, why did I have to wait? I had already explained the reason for canceling on the phone... Honestly... I usually don’t write posts like this, but there was no real response system and I felt so let down after going out of my way to visit that I wrote this. There is absolutely nothing false in what I wrote. It is all true. My friend who came with me to the consultation is a witness.
