I went for a consultation after watching YouTube. The director also had a good impression and gave off a professional vibe, haha. He was lower-energy than on YouTube, but that actually made the consultation feel more professional and more straightforward, which drew me in. I definitely felt that if I had it done here, it would come out naturally and well.
