The manager was kind and answered everything carefully, so that was good, but the doctor gave off the feeling of wanting to end the consultation quickly, which was disappointing. Rather than listening to what I wanted, the doctor just talked about what he wanted to say, which was also disappointing. The good thing was that he definitely seemed very experienced. It seemed like he had seen the widest range of surgery cases. He’d also been in practice a long time. Maybe because of that, the facility felt a bit too old, so I also felt a little uneasy.
