I had surgery 7 years ago and am now looking around for a revision. From the second year, cartilage started showing through the tip of my nose, and when I went to the hospital they replied indifferently that it wasn’t very visible. I paid extra for a revision, but now it seems like it’s going beyond tip drooping and cartilage visibility and might actually protrude... During the revision, my nostrils also became asymmetrical... I’m looking around to find out about removal. If you’re considering nose surgery, think carefully It seems there’s no guarantee that the shape will stay the same even after 10 years or that complications won’t happen.
