I visited for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. The facility looked old, but I went because the director is famous for reconstructing contractured noses, so I didn't really care.. The staff manager seemed to know nothing about noses, so that was my first disappointment. Then when I went in to consult with the director, he wasn't looking at my chart but had a stock market screen open, so that was my second disappointment (he wasn't actually watching it, it was just open). He is so famous, and the person who introduced me to him was also a board-certified plastic surgeon, so I went trusting that, but after the consultation I cooled off and came back. I probably won't go again. The person who studied under him is also famous.
