This post was written based on the consumer rights guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that it has no purpose of slandering the medical institution beyond sharing information and helping other patients. After undergoing surgery at that hospital, I am suffering surgical damage and extreme stress accompanying it, and since no follow-up measures have been taken, this is to help people considering using that private clinic make a careful choice. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ It has been 1 month and 4 days since the surgery, and the area where the costal cartilage was taken out still burns and hurts a lot. I can hear breathing sounds from that area too.. there is pain.. my nose is long.. and the tip is drooping.. I wonder if it will become natural once the swelling goes down.. even though it was functional nose surgery, the nostrils got narrower, and as the swelling went down, breathing became a little more uncomfortable than before! (Up to that point, they never even said anything about nostril reduction.) I asked for a sophisticated and natural fleshy nose, but the nostril base also got narrower, and the bridge dropped down in a straight line like a 1, giving it a masculine nose feel, and the eyes got pulled to one side because of the nose. Nothing felt balanced, so I was uneasy. They say you have to wait because it was autologous costal cartilage, but after days of pain and being recommended by the two directors at famous hospitals, I came here trusting only that they were confident because they had celebrity photos posted too. I do not know how it will turn out with time, but they did not even remove the old implant fragments from before and just placed the costal cartilage on top, then asked the patient, "Was this here? Did you say there was one??" Who did my nose? Who operated on it? Why are they asking the patient that. If they themselves performed the surgery, they should know. And every time they spoke, they tapped my shoulder or knee with their hand. The bridge also had a bulge from the old implant, sticking out and looking uneven. I ignored all the many bad reviews on this community because they said they were recommended by distinguished directors, but.. even now after the surgery, the area where the costal cartilage was taken out still hurts and is swollen again to the point that it feels abnormal.. Only the nurses at the hospital are kind. The facility is old, but after surgery.. every time I went, it felt like I could not have a long conversation with the director in the director’s office.. a vague response.. nothing clear. I wanted to know what was removed from inside my nose before, but there was no explanation about that, so after the surgery I felt anxious. (Because nothing was removed, they could not say so.) The female manager kept telling me to just wait for time, but if the shape were at least pretty, I would feel less anxious. I wanted it to be a little shorter, but I later found out that instead of shortening the columella, they had actually made the tip longer. The director also looked at my nose before surgery and spoke like a specialist, so I trusted and went ahead. He showed me before-and-after photos and said he was confident, so I did it thinking, "This is my last nose surgery." Leaving aside the cost, if the nose became pretty it would not be a waste.. honestly, it has been very hard and I cannot sleep well, and I feel out of place every time I look in the mirror. I cannot meet people, and I have this anxiety of not knowing how it will turn out. They say revision surgery can only be done after 6 months, but do I really have the confidence to endure this anxiety and my appearance for 6 months? If the first surgery is like this, I wonder if I should have to do a re-revision here too. It has only been a month, though..! But seeing the same suffering as mine in the bad reviews here makes me very anxious, that is the truth. So as time passes, I will post another photo review..!! Whether the bad reviews are true or not.. I am posting this evaluation to prove it!! When I honestly uploaded a photo review, it was set to private and they said I was malicious and defaming them. During the consultation, they said they would remove the columella and do everything, but in the way that was easiest for them, they made a different face using the method they had stuck to until now. It was rhinitis nose surgery, but the director said I came for a contracture nose, which is his specialty, and they did not even give me the documents. The female manager is strange. Before, at another hospital, they should have shortened the nose by removing the columella while also lowering the bridge. But when the nose was shortened without removing the columella, they saw that and called it contracture, and the female manager shouted at me saying I came for a contracture nose, while Director Jung is a specialist in contracture noses and even runs a YouTube channel. They still shift the blame for the nostril-reduction incision, avoid responsibility for the old implant, and I did not even get back all the materials they had before surgery. I am still suffering because of my nose image.
