The doctor is so well known for contracted noses that I think I can trust him with surgery. And he seems to have a lot of experience in reconstruction; during the consultation, he showed me many before-and-after reconstruction photos. I’m not sure about the cosmetic side, but normal noses seem definitely guaranteed.
