First of all, I had the procedure with the sub-director, not the main director, in December 2015. They used ear cartilage and silicone, and my nose was so low to begin with that it didn't get much higher. But everyone says it looks natural. I'm satisfied with my nose now, and I plan not to remove the silicone unless side effects occur.
