First of all, the building was very old, so even parking was stressful. When I went into the hospital, the director’s atmosphere made it hard to focus on the consultation. During the consultation with the chief doctor... it wasn’t the kind of back-and-forth consultation, but a one-sided consultation from the doctor. I was not clearly told what material would be used or by what method the surgery would be done.
