Overall the counseling and guidance were not bad, but I was a little surprised that the rating was lower than I expected. The staff were kind, and the doctor was kind too and explained things well. Of course, that's a different matter from how the surgery will actually turn out.. But the price didn't seem bad either, and it seems fairly reasonable.
