I recently went for a consultation at Symian. To say the conclusion first, I’m not going to do it here. As soon as the consultation manager arrived, she looked at my nose for about 3 seconds and said, “It’s contracture…” Without any professional knowledge, opinion, or questions about my specific symptoms. Then I was handed over to the doctor as a contracture-nose patient. The doctor also spoke as if he had memorized a script.
