I had my nose done at Simmi-an 10 years ago. It was done using Gore-Tex, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and 10 years later the tip of my nose has dropped a lot, and because of the fact that Gore-Tex is difficult to remove, I sometimes get really scared. It's true that my appearance improved because of the nose surgery, but if I could go back, I wouldn't do it again.
