I went around looking into nose surgery and came here for a consultation because I heard this place was famous!! They were kind, but the consultation ended too quickly and it felt below expectations. My nose is very small and low, so I had a lot of questions, but I couldn't get that much consultation and instead just ended up talking about TMI. Still, the hospital director is known for being highly skilled, so make sure you have consultations at several places before deciding.
