I had read reviews saying the director speaks informally, and it was true. It was a little surprising, but it wasn't rude informal speech, just a friendly feeling. The consultation with the doctor was good. He held my nose with a cotton swab and showed me what it would feel like, and I liked that he explained the surgery methods in detail. Among the hospitals I've visited for consultations, this one explained things the most thoroughly. Looking at how he handled my nose, it seems like he is good at more dramatic styles? The wait was a bit long, and it seems like a lot of people come here for surgery and treatment!
