I visited through a referral from an acquaintance, and the hospital feels like a factory. I consulted with Director Lee. The director was not the kind of person who is warm and friendly; he just mechanically gave me the facts, point by point, and he looked very tired. I worry whether he would do my surgery well in that condition. The consultation manager said she had surgery here too, but it was not my style.
