Honestly, I don't really know about the consultation manager, and there was way too much random small talk. When it came to negotiating the cost, the disadvantaged side was them, so they were willing to negotiate well. The director explained calmly from the consultation onward that it would turn out like this and like that, and the surgery line itself was pretty. I kept asking a huge number of questions about the things I was worried about and my current condition, and they answered all of them clearly.
