They kind of just do the consultation casually, then it feels a bit like lying down on the operating table and designing there..? My first surgery made it too low, so I got another one, but they had me lie on the operating table and only raised the tip of my nose without any design discussion about how they would do it. I wanted the bridge lowered.. Still, it seems like a clinic with a sense of responsibility.
