I had double-eyelid surgery with buried sutures 5 years ago. I understand that it can loosen over time, but they made the line different on the left and right to correct asymmetry, so the force of the eyes going in was different on each side, which caused it to loosen and gave me migraines, everything got messed up, and I want to have revision surgery somewhere else. The side of my eyes that was fine had the line made well.
